Atlantic Cape Restaurant Gala

SAVE THE DATE for the 42nd Annual Atlantic Cape Restaurant Gala, taking place on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the beautiful Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City! 

Now marking its 42nd year, the Atlantic Cape Restaurant Gala is regarded as the region's premier food and beverage fundraising event and annually attracts 1,000 community and business leaders, government officials, food enthusiasts, and friends of the college. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. with a lavish cocktail reception featuring hors d'oeuvres prepared by the Academy of Culinary Arts. After the hour-long reception, guests enter the ballroom and sample signature dishes, desserts, and libations from 50 of the finest establishments in all of South Jersey. A 50/50 cash raffle drawing, open bar, photo booth, and live entertainment by the GrooveHeart Band round out the festivities.

Since its inception in 1984, the Restaurant Gala has raised over $4.3 million for scholarships for students attending the Academy of Culinary Arts, the student emergency fund, and Foundation operations. We are grateful for every contribution that helps the ACA provide quality educational and training opportunities and ensures the success our students.

THANK YOU for supporting the 41st Annual Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala which raised a record-breaking $306,210! The region's premier food and beverage fundraising event was held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City, and attracted more than 840 guests. This year's Springtime in Paris themed Gala recognized Community Honoree, Travis Lunn, President & COO of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa and Academy of Culinary Arts Honoree, Chef Demetrios Haronis ’90, Director of Culinary Operations at Tropicana Atlantic City.
